Community Call 010 - What can be made from waste - Gift ideas

ZWDO Collective is inviting sewers and makers on December 7th for the last Community Call of 2021 to connect and come up with creative ideas to make zero waste gifts for friends and family.

The festive period can be an extremely wasteful time. According to GWP Group, an extra 30% of rubbish is produced and discarded throughout the festive period when compared with the rest of the year! Luckily, the ZWD community is here to save the day! Join us for a fun open conversation to come up with creative ideas to make zero waste gifts for friends, family, and loved ones, and lets reduce that 30% together. For this call, we encourage you to bring along ZW gift ideas that can be made out of ZW patterns, fabric scraps, old garments, and anything else you can think of! Examples and tutorials are welcome, and festive attire is highly recommended.
